Paradox Pro is a new type of string. Same way aluminum changed the game when it was integrated into the composition of some co-poly strings years ago (we currently use it in Tour Sniper and Game Changer Silver), we have now developed Grapplesnake Paradox Pro, which uses other metals in higher percentages in a way that feels unique. This new generation string is also different and almost hard to fully classify it as a co-poly. There is no other string in the market that is made using the difficult technical processes we developed for Paradox Pro.

The name Paradox Pro comes from the paradigms this string is breaking and how counter-intuitive this seems, at first: Paradox Pro is solid and accurate with a vintage feel, but also very comfortable. It's also powerful, but with superb precision. It's durable but soft feeling. It's round but provides great spin due to its unique abrasive surface.

One major aspect of the string is the minimal time required for break-in, and its extended playability duration to the point of not "going dead", simply breaking while maintaining optimal playability until the very end. We believe these qualities will become the new benchmark.

The feel is the most direct we have ever developed, and that is its biggest strength. Black/White. Ying/Yang. A new type of precision, a new class of string. We expect Paradox Pro to change the game.

Available in forest green color.

Shape: Round

Diameters: 1.26 mm and 1.29 mm

Tension recommendations:

- Normal poly stringing tension, or +1 lb.

Individual 12m Set

Stringing Tips:

- Paradox Pro is easy to string given its rounded shape. It has an abrasive surface, and it is recommended to use good technique and slide the crosses upwards with your fingers as you feed to avoid notching. Also, Paradox Pro does not like being crushed with the clamps, or developing twists from a turn. Crushing the string can debilitate it at the top or bottom of the hoop.

Paradox Pro crossed with Natural Gut

I’m really liking the Paradox Pro. It’s soft with good power and decent spin. It’s very comfortable to hit with It against hard hitters, has a lower launch angle than the Irukandji (which I also really like) plays a little more muted though and has excellent precision. I’ve currently got 2 rackets with the Irukandji in crosses, and 1 with the Paradox. The Paradox Pro is an excellent different set up, I can switch too when desired and it’s easier on the arm than the Irukandji. I’d been researching strings and I’m so glad I finally tried Grapplesnake’s strings, I’ve been winning with them both in singles and doubles lately. They aren’t plastic crap strings with a coating that wears off, the tension maintenance has already been far superior and I’m just thrilled with how these strings perform.

Thank you very much, Phil! Very happy that you are enjoying the strings.

Fell in love with a full bed of Alpha, and also a full bed of Game Changer. These strings have a great feel pop snap and you don’t feel anything in your arm. They deliver accuracy and power with a plush feeling off the racket.
I love them!

Much appreciated, Steven. Enjoy!

A true paradox

One of the most comfortable polyester strings I have ever used.
Many of these softer poly's have noticeable power loss, but this string also has power.
The surface is smooth, and spin effects due to snapback can be expected. (I use Illukandji for my cross strings, so I felt more snapback)
If I were to raise a problem, I would say that it is a bit overpowered when hit flat. I think it would be a better fit for players who attack with proper spin.

Thank you so much, Daishiro.
